1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and taya001 ("taya001," "we," "us," "our") operating the platform accessible at taya001.club and its associated mobile interfaces. By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using the taya001 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the taya001 platform and close your account. Continued use following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with taya001, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform;
• Be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited;
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by taya001 or any other gaming operator;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the law of your applicable jurisdiction;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of taya001 or any affiliated company;
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party in registering or operating the account.

taya001 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to verification of the source of funds.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) taya001 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms. taya001 accepts no responsibility for loss arising from inaccurate account details provided by the player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya001 username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you. taya001 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to secure your account. You must notify taya001 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal, taya001 requires successful completion of KYC verification. You must submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License) and a recent selfie photograph. taya001 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

4. Deposits & Payments

taya001 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, DragonPay, and standard bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• taya001 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees or exchange rate adjustments.
• Deposit funds are credited to your taya001 account balance upon confirmed receipt by taya001's payment systems. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• taya001 reserves the right to reverse deposits suspected of being fraudulent or originating from unauthorized payment instruments, and to report such transactions to relevant Philippine authorities.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable method availability and minimum thresholds. taya001 charges zero fees on all withdrawals from its side. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 unless stated otherwise.

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval, 24 hours per day.
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST).
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC completion and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus balances.
• taya001 reserves the right to apply additional verification for withdrawal requests exceeding ₱100,000 or for accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if taya001 determines the player is in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to suspected bonus abuse, fraud, or AML concerns.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

taya001 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion in which they are issued. The following general bonus conditions apply unless superseded by promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are credited in Philippine Pesos (PHP) to your taya001 account balance or bonus balance as specified in the promotion.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless a different expiry period is stated in the promotion.
• taya001 reserves the right to amend, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at its sole discretion if it determines that bonus abuse, collusion, or technical exploitation has occurred.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between players or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on taya001 operate according to their respective published rules and return-to-player (RTP) rates. Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for digital games, and by physical equipment (cards, wheels) in live dealer environments, both subject to independent certification by accredited testing laboratories.

• taya001 does not guarantee winnings on any game. All gaming involves chance and financial risk.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, taya001 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return applicable stakes to the player's account. No additional compensation will be paid for such incidents.
• Players must not use automated systems, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform. Detection of such use results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Collusion between players in multiplayer games, including live dealer tables, is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the taya001 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC;
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one taya001 account;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving gaming services;
• Using VPN services or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing taya001 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

taya001 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for a single gaming session;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and be excluded from re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months.

taya001 enforces the 21+ age restriction through mandatory KYC verification and reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time. Players who appear to be experiencing problem gambling may be contacted by taya001's responsible gaming team and offered support resources.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

taya001 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from the player's payment provider;
• Player request for self-exclusion;
• KYC verification failure or provision of fraudulent identity documents;
• Regulatory or law enforcement direction.

Upon account closure for legitimate player-initiated reasons (e.g., self-exclusion), any verified balance remaining after deduction of pending bonus obligations will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the taya001 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and written materials — is the proprietary property of taya001 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of taya001 content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya001's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

taya001 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from: platform downtime or maintenance; network connectivity issues on the player's side; force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, or utility failures.

13. Privacy & Data

taya001 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to taya001's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to identity verification data, transaction records, game history, and device information, for the purposes of operating the platform, complying with regulatory obligations, and improving service quality.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to taya001's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. If the dispute remains unresolved within 30 days, it may be referred to the appropriate Philippine gaming regulatory authority. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

15. Amendments to These Terms

taya001 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via notice on the taya001 platform no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
